The Woolen Mill Store is hosting a holiday trunk show this weekend, and you’re invited. We have a fantastic group of attendees. Come to shop, learn, and enter to win a free blanket binding class—the class that will show you how to make your own Pendleton wool blankets!
So far, we know the following wonderful makers will be there:
ProjectOR Have you admired the wonderful Vintage Styled Canteens with Pendleton fabric in our store? They are made by ProjectOR! Also, see their Dyemonds mini planters made with recycled mill waste, created with 3D printing—you can watch a demonstration.
Insomnia Pottery Buttons Ginger Steele is a master ceramics artist. Her booth will be stocked with beautiful custom buttons that will take your sewing projects to an entirely new level! She will also show some of her unique ceramic art pieces.
CKS Upcycles Carla Staeter Kid embellishes garments with Pendleton jacquard fabrics, nd other repurposed items. Her display will include ornaments made from Pendleton mill waste materials, including selvage trees—inspirational ideas abound!
This is such a fun event and you won’t want to miss it. We will be open for your shopping, too! So bring a friend and make a day of it.
